Why did Luckey move to Quebec City?
Luckey chose to move to Quebec City because it saw a demand from hosts who were seeking help managing their property on Airbnb all whilst creating a great stay for the guests coming to Quebec City to enjoy the city's culture and all it has to offer.

Who is Yannick?
Born and raised in France, Yannick moved to Quebec to do his studies in Laval University where he received an MBA in urban planning and real estate management. Fascinated with Quebec City's architecture, history, nature, and culture altogether, he never left.
What does Yannick do exactly as City Manager?
Yannick is in charge of answering any and all questions before on-boarding a new host with Luckey. He makes sure to meet each and every potential client, to look at the quality of each property, and to ensure that each property owner gets the most out of joining the Luckey family.
After signing up with Luckey, Yannick makes sure to reply to all operational questions a host may have in a timely manner.

He also takes care of the guests staying in your home and assures that they are properly welcomed, that their stay is amazing, and that a professional cleaning of the residency was done. This leads to more positive reviews, increased visibility of your property on Airbnb, and, thus, more bookings.
